We want to make sure you are as happy with your jewelry as possible. That's why we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of your item's delivery. Our simple returns & exchanges portal makes it easy to go through the process and end up with the outcome you want.
Return + Exchange Policy Details:
We will gladly accept like-new product for return or exchange for any reason as long as it is shipped back (aka label is scanned) within 30 days of the order being delivered. Please note:
Canada Customers: Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges on international orders, but we do accept returns.
Sales / Promotions Price Adjustment: We’re unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotion, sales, or discounts. Promotions or discounts can’t be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated nor after the promotion has finished. We are very conscious and deliberate about communicating details about upcoming sales and promotions, so the best way to make sure you know what is coming is by joining our email / SMS list and following us on IG with alerts turned on.
Third Party Retailers: We’re unable to process returns, exchanges, or price adjustments for merchandise purchased from third party retailers that sell Hello Adorn jewelry. Please consult the retailer directly to learn about their policies.
Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.
